He looks pretty happy and maybe a little surprised. How long has Koto'oushuu been competing?
A few years. He was promoted to Ozeki (the 2nd highest rank) a little too quickly many people think, and then he had some injuries, so although he's been in the top division for quite some time he's never had victory before.
