I ♡ My Washlet!
On the day of the Easter party last week our Washlet was delivered!
For those of you who are wondering what the heck a Washlet is, it's a Japanese space-age toilet with a heated seat and various sprayers and nozzles for washing your butt! (Wash+toilet =Washlet) I'd been wanting to get one for quite some time, but couldn't quite justify the price since they cost around $200-$300. Last week, however, our toilet seat, (which had had a crack in it for a while) finally broke, giving me the excuse I needed. I'm not going to go into the gory details here, but just let me say that having a butt-washing toilet with a nice warm seat is WONDERFUL!
FYI: The Japanese on the ad says: "Warm water wash toilet seat- Beauty Toilet" (pronounced the French way: twa-lay)

I must say, although I too appreciate the warm seat, I feel like the rest is pretty unsanitary for some reason (I won't go into the gory details either). Needless to say, I don't use it. I tried to talk the wife out of the Washlet, but it was tough to find any other kind of toilet for sale!
I'm jealous!
So this is like a bidet-in-a-toilet-seat? Plus a bun-warmer? Stylish space-age curves! (Note-to-self: must buy more dashes today - almost out.)
Julie- you will get a chance to try it when you come in August, and Mom will get to try it even sooner. It's pretty awesome!
Mom- A bidet/bun-warmer is exactly what it is!
